WHEN CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?

You have 14 days to return a product without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the product. The product must be unused and, if possible, returned in its original packaging with the original hangtag still attached.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Returning an item is not a problem. The cost of return shipping is legally the responsibility of the customer. Because the customer is responsible for return costs, they can choose how to return the product. The following conditions apply for exchanges or returns:

  • Returns are accepted only within the 14-day return period.
  • The clothing must not be worn and/or washed.
  • There must be no food stains, makeup stains, body odors, or cigarette smells on the items.
  • There must be no attempts to repair defects.
  • Jewelry and lingerie cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • The original hangtag must still be attached to the item.
  • If possible, return the item in its original packaging.
  • The shipping risk for returns lies with the customer.
  • Returns that are insufficiently or not stamped will not be accepted.
  • Product and/or delivery errors must be reported to us with a description within 14 days of delivery.

If you do not meet our exchange and return conditions, we reserve the right to send the items back and charge you the shipping costs.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN PROCEDURE?

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. We recommend placing a new order if you want a different item.

WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Once we have received your return package, we will refund your money within 14 days.

I WANT TO RETURN ITEMS. DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS?

Yes, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Yes, you can return SALE items under the same conditions as regular items.

I LOST MY RETURN FORM AND I WANT TO RETURN ITEMS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
