What if my size is no longer available in the webshop?
If a particular size does not appear on the webshop, it is (temporarily) out of stock and therefore cannot be ordered. The stock may be replenished. If you're interested in a size that is currently unavailable, you can leave your email address with the specific item, and we will notify you when it becomes available again.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code from My Parcel. With this code, you can track the status of your order in real time.
Can I cancel my order?
If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been packed yet. Go to "My Orders" and click "Cancel My Order." You can choose to cancel the entire order or just a specific item. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you have paid via bank transfer, you can expect the refund within 14 business days. For PayPal and credit card payments, it may take up to 14 days.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
When completing your order, you can enter your discount code. If the discount amount and the invoice amount do not match, you will need to pay the outstanding balance using the available payment methods.
