WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Upper East ships all packages in Europe with PostNL and DHL. We aim to deliver your order within 5 to 7 working days, subject to the following conditions:
- Delivery from Tuesday to Saturday
- One delivery attempt, after which the package will be sent to a pickup point
Shipping to the United States 12 to 14 working days.
I WASN'T HOME. WHERE IS MY ORDER NOW?
If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, PostNL will leave a notice in your mailbox. The package can be picked up at one of PostNL's pickup points in the Netherlands. Keep the notice to retrieve your package. You can find the nearest pickup location on the PostNL service point website.
CAN I DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
If you know you won't be home to receive the package, or if you're sending a gift, you can choose to have the order delivered to an address other than the billing address.
DIDN'T RECEIVE ALL THE ITEMS?
If you've ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately. We will inform you if this happens. You can track the delivery status of the remaining items via the new Track & Trace code from My Parcel, which will be sent to you via email.
IS YOUR ORDER UNEXPECTEDLY OUT OF STOCK?
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you within 5 working days. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the account used for the payment.
We continuously monitor our online inventory with the utmost care. However, in rare cases, it might happen that during the processing of the order, an item is found to be out of stock. In this case, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.
